Traveling with Art Tools and Supplies

I have two major art workshops this year. One in Oregon and one in Omaha. With living in Florida the one in Oregon, especially, is a very long distance to travel for an Art Workshop. I have never traveled with all these airline restrictions on baggage so I thought..."why not google it". So I Googled Travel Regulations with art tools and supplies and guess what kinds of things came up? And I'm not kidding on this: "Folica beauty supply", "chainsaw supply", "the lost art of bodging/Energy Bulletin". What's with me and Google? We do not have a love affair going on!

Google LOVES my husband on the other hand. Oh wait, I digress, I never did find out anything on traveling with my art tools or supplies. Well, I suppose David can Google for me and then maybe I can get him to help me pack too!
